Options for Booking a Hotel

Based on interest and increased registrations, we are happy to begin again registering conference attendees with hotel needs.  As a reminder, booking your hotel stay with your conference registration helps you save money because of our special rates and tax-exempt status.  We are working with two wonderful hotels; The Westin Riverwalk (headquarter hotel) and The St. Anthony Wyndham Hotel.  Please proceed with your booking and we will inform you of your host hotel beginning November 1st.  You must book your hotel to be part of our room block by October 20th.  Thank you and see you in San Antonio!

 

 

OPTION 1:  Pay in full at time of check out.

If you would like to reserve a room(s) using our online booking feature (click link) to ensure your discounted conference rate, you must pay in full at time of checkout.

 

OPTION 2:  Hotel Deposit (1 night room payment required, full balance MUST be paid by 11/4).

Payment policy:

NLPA allows deposit payments for the 2010 Biennial Conference.  1 night payment deposit of your hotel is required at time of booking (price based on your membership type).  Hotel room is reserved until deposit is received.


**Full payment of conference and hotel MUST be received by 11/4.  Member participant can pay via credit card or choose to be invoiced. 

 

Cancellation Policy:

  • Any registrations (Room / Hotel canceled by October 1st will be refunded all dollars but are subject to a $25 handling fee.
  • Registrations (Room / Hotel) canceled between October 1st - October 31st are subject to a full night deposit fee. This includes any changes made in booking dates such change in early departure from original booking.  No penalty to extend stay.
  • Any registrations canceled after October 31st are subject to 50% of hotel payment fee, IF NLPA IS NOT ABLE TO REBOOK your reservation.
  • Any registrations canceled AFTER NOVEMBER 1st are subject to full payment for hotel booking if we are not able to rebook.
