Fly into McAllen International Airport (MFE) — 2500 South Bicentennial Blvd. Suite 103 McAllen, TX 78503 located just 20 minutes from the UTRGV Edinburg campus and 5 minute drive to the Convention Center; or
Fly into Valley International Airport (HRL) — 3002 Heritage Way, Harlingen, TX 78550, located 45 minutes from the McAllen Convention Center.
During the Summit, to get to the campus from the hotels: Shuttles will be available. Click here for the Shuttle Schedule.

Sunday, October 19 – Optional Community Volunteer Experience
Due to recent changes in administration, there has been limited volunteer opportunities in the South Texas border. In response, we regrettably had to cancel the Sunday volunteer event at the NLPA 2025 Summit, which had been tentatively scheduled to take place on October 19, 2025. We are very sorry for the inconvenience this may cause. We deeply appreciate your continued support and dedication to serving the community.
