 ABOUT OUR CONFERENCIA

The theme of our conferencia wants to inspire our participants and their families to advocate for justice and equality for all Latinas/os. Through a social justice and liberation psychology lens we will inform and provide tools to our attendees to address the needs of our Latina/o communities and families.

During our two days of scientific programming participants listen to experts and up-and-coming professionals in Latina/o Psychology and also participate in multiple networking, cultural, and entertaining events.

The Bienvenida: Welcoming and Networking Reception jump starts out conferencia. Hundreds of attendees enjoy live entertainment while connecting with other students and professionals. Our largest and most anticipated event is the Noche de Gala. This is party where participants dine, celebrate accomplishments, and dance past midnight to a live band!
